I.FAITH
CFAG is a Pentecostal Church. We believe these…….
1.There is One God who reveals Himself to the world as the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit(Triune God).He is eternal and self existent.
2.The whole Bible is the word of God that composed the Old and New Testaments; from Genesis to the Revelation were Inspired by God through His Holy Spirit.
3.The Baptism through immersion is the only one as true Baptism.
4.Speaking in tongues is the sign of Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
5.The Deity of Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son Virgin born and manifestation of God in the flesh.
6.Jesus Christ is Only Lord and Savior for all of those who believe in Him and Head of the Church which He redeemed by His blood and death
7.We believe the Miracles through the name of Jesus Christ i.e.: Healing by laying on hands etch….
8.We believe the rapture of the Church that the Lord Jesus Christ will call one day, those will be alive and dead will rise and all together will meet the Lord on the air we will live with Him eternally.
9.We believe on the final Judgment to those have rejected Jesus Christ will be punished in the lack of fire and the everlasting life for the believers.
II. PURPOSES:
-We preach the gospel of Jesus Christ as Commanded Disciples in Matthew 28:18-20
-Promoting education in different levels
-Promoting Social and Medical services
-Promoting Youth vocations trainings
-Fighting against HIV/AIDS
All of these are done through love and fraternity, cornerstone of reconciliation which is an important element given the recent History of Rwanda and the Great Lakes Region as (wars, and social conflicts, genocide)
By guidance of the Holy Spirit,CFAG seeks to reflect the first Church of the Apostles.
III.VISION OF CFAG
The Vision of CFAG is to be in the roots of the First Church in the trails of the Apostles that bear fruits; the facts that contributing to the fast growing of the Church. It was founded by His Visionary and President Rev.SAFARI & RACHEL Emmanuel on 2003
And now we have Churches in:
-Kigali City 1 Church,
-Kigali Rural Province 1Church
-Gitarama Province 2Churches
-Cyangugu Province 2 Churches
-Mutara Province 1 Church and
-Butare Province 1 Church as well as in
-Kibungo Province 1Church
and we are yet planting more others
Many of the Church members are widows and Orphans due to the war and genocide of 1994 and increasingly to HIV/AIDS women whose Husband are in jails as genocide suspects, single women and others who had been involved in prostitution and alcoholism and later through the power of the gospel they gave their life to Jesus Christ many of them are vulnerable and unskilled people whom are also jobless, few people who have the Jobs are those support the Ministry through their tithes and offerings and special fundraising for various needs of the congregation especially in Kigali City
The congregations in rural are made up by low income farmers who produce just for their substances.
Due to the gospel of love and full reconciliation, members helps each other in their daily lives,raisingmoney for small income generating activities including petty business for the most needy members and paying schools fees for poor children and orphans.
Furthermore, maintaining a church in the Capital City requires putting up a structure that responding to the rather stringent standing of the City Council. This requirement is still a major handicap for CFAG, as a Ministry still in its infancy. It is no longer permitted to worship in temporary tents or residential house.Moreover,structure and required Praise and Worship equipment constitute a plus to attract of the city who may eventually contribute to the development of the church.
Our main church in Kigali still operates in rented former residential house transformed into a Praise and Worship hall and Christian Contributed to the payment of monthly bill and have acquired some basic Music equipment Churches up country still worship in residential houses and the new ones assemble in the shed of trees
Some Pastors and other workers whom have callings from God and commitment still in needy more ministerial trainings. This still to be another great challenge that ones which grasp the Vision of which God entrusted us have to go to other places. Transports remain a problem. To date request Partnerships that the church planting have come from Further as Democratic Republic of Congo and Burundi. these constitute opportunities for growth, which make the burden and challenges even heavier.
However, the big challenges ahead of us not a cause for discouragement. because God is great and able. we strongly stand into the Vision that got from God, restoration of the true picture of the church that Christ Jesus preached the gospel of truth and the guidance of the Holy Spirit our God will provide for all the need of His work
In view of the above described situation partnership sought will concentrate on the following areas:
-Church developments and planting,
-Development and empowerment of local servants through ministerial and leadership trainings.
-Developing Community by setting up and promoting self sustenance activities for improvement of the social welfare of members(vocational for youth and destitute member,literancycentres etch…)
-Setting up projects and endeavors for the church growth and economic sustainability(school, clinic in rural and remote areas)
Till now CFAG does not have any partnership with any other Ministry or Church.
All of These are the victims of HIV/aids that are standing with them here in Kigali please pray for them because they are in need of adssisted.
